I lived here for over 2 years. Granted yes they are remodeling. But they forced everyone to move into the new units, which of course came with a hike of almost $100 dollars in the monthly rent. Then when I came time to renew my lease the price was going up again. I was going to be paying almost 1k a month for a 1 bedroom 8pp sq-ft apartment! I left because it was getting ridiculous. The construction crew there barely cleans up after themselves. and they would be doing remodeling well into the... nights to 9pm and later. They had been working on the new "resort style" pool for months and it still wasn't done before I moved out. To me the whole place is not worth the price for the little space you get.

I lived here only a few months during the summer. My air conditioner broke twice. My apartment leaked when it rained. There was no parking around my apartment. Visitors and some apartments had 4 or 5 residence in one apartment took up parking places. They have a problems with dog owner's picking up feces. I broke my lease and loss my deposit. Air conditioning, dry apartment, and parking are more important to me.

No Maintenance Provided, Free!!

A great place to live if you do not want your appliances to work. Need to keep your medication in a refriguator, better bring your own! If you prefer to live by candles, this is your place, maintenance is not going going to fix ceiling fixures. Enjoy leaks, come on down, our knobs don't work the way you are used to and leaks are free too! Don't need a clean apartment to move into, these units will fit your needs jst right.

A great place to call home!

My partner & I have lived here just over a year & have had a totally positive experience with Parkwest. If it were not for the fact that we're moving out of state we'd not be moving at all! The office staff has been GREAT, so friendly & easy to work with. The maintenance issues, which have been very minimal were addressed quickly & efficient. Very nice pools, grounds & exercise room. Our move from Nebraska to here had to be done quickly due to a job change. I flew in for a few days to look for a... place & the staff here could not have made it easier or been more helpful, even to the point of, the size apt. we wanted wasn't available on our needed date so they let us move into another one till ours was available at no additional charge! I can't recommend these folks highly enough!
