Very cheap apartments, I did find some of the staff members to be a bit prying. My apartment had a slight pest control problem and needed a lot of maintenance but, I have not had any problems with getting things fixed. Overall, the area is decent. Nice place if you are looking for something cheap

Price is tempting, but there is a reason it’s so cheap. Management is rude and unwelcoming. So many better options in Hattiesburg

My first apartment.
Apartments are really well-managed with friendly office staff. I've never had an issue that wasn't immediately taken care of. Also, they like my dog.

Great home and awesome staff!
I stayed here for 5 years while I lived in Hattiesburg, and I'm really going to miss it. All the staff are super friendly and maintenance are on top of everything. This is the only apartment complex I ever stayed in where the staff really go above and beyond to create a sense of community. For example, they always invite their renters to come for food at the clubhouse every Christmas season. My unit was well put together and clean, the back patios are super nice. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Good access to nearby restaurants and the campus. I could go on forever I really love this place and they made it feel like home. I wish I didn't have to go and I wish I could take them with me. If I had to come back to Hattiesburg I would come back here first.
