I would truly rather be couch hopping than live here one more day. I have never left a bad review and it truly takes a lot for me to get to this point. For starters, my air has broken repeatedly (more than 5 times) in less than a month. It is regularly over 92 degrees in my apartment and I have pets as well. The office is extremely aware of this situation and have done the absolute bare minimum to assist me. They will not fix my air, only supply me with a window unit that will barely cool anything. Then on top of that, they require a 60 day notice to not renew your lease, which I understand is pretty standard. However, they just informed me that they are going up on my rent in less than 60 days notice, so now I cannot afford to live here so I literally have to leave. When I told them this, because I didn’t give a 60 day notice (because I never planned to leave until my rent was going up), they are requiring me to stay an extra month and charging me even though my lease will technically be up. I have rented at several other apartments over the years and and I have never had issues like this. It truly is an awful place ran by truly cruel, apathetic people. Again, couch hop before you rent here.

Regarding your lease renewal and notice to vacate concerns, renewal offers and lease requirements are communicated according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. We understand that changes to housing costs can be unexpected, and we regret that this situation was frustrating. Hidden fees
Be aware of hidden fees in the contract dealing with 30 day notice. They will not make you aware of it while running up your charges.

Security and hassle-free management style
Area in which the property is located is a high crime area and the property has absolutely no security! The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and nested in a woodsy area with many areas to walk pets; however, many residents do not keep their animals on a leash nor pick up behind their pets as stipulated by the lease agreement . Infrastructure is in dire need of repair and the apartments themselves specifically the bottom apartments have issues with black mold. For future tenants looking for a laid back environment with hassle-free management style this is the place to live.

Convenient location-no busy traffic
I work for a local medical facility and attend night classes. I love the location and it's been nice to have a short drive and not busy traffic. Very comfortable.

Overpriced with no security
Lock your door and bolt down your possestions otherwise one of these thieves will take it. Grounds keepers hire men to upkeep the lawn every other day but can't invest in camers or better locks on the doors. No gate so people just drive in and out all night I swear and I don't even think they live here. Very noisey all I hear are ambulances and police sirens during the day and night. I thought this was a decent community.
