I received a notification saying the work order was completed but no one came to look at the washer. Wondering why it was marked complete if no one came to work on it.

Above & Beyond Originally, all I requested was a replacement adapter for my Alloy Hub. Not only did the technician replace that, he noticed the moisture sensor was missing! (I did not know what it was) He replaced that as well AND inspected my water heater sensor! Then as I tested my door lock, he replaced the batteries for the lock and noticed that the door itself was offset and repaired the door that been reported upon my move in back on Nov 14th 2025 that was never reviewed. This particular... technician is invaluable to the team and is an asset for this complex.

Moving In Process Moving into TwinnOaks was a God send! I can tell they are slowly tryingnto make improvements to this community, but it is truly worth it! It is much quieter here than expected! Lots of families and a history of good neighbors! There is a little concern for some of the maintenance quality as there are several things notnfully prepared before movingnin, but they do get the iob done! Overall, I am very grateful with the move in process

Fridge went out The maintenance team immediately came when I sent in the request. My fridge compressor went out but they came with a whole different fridge! The only thing is that they needed to order the ice maker and kit for it but that’s no big deal!
