We're glad to hear you find the price and location to be a good fit, but we're deeply sorry that other aspects of your stay haven’t met expectations. We take security seriously and are concerned by your observations about the fencing. We'll be reviewing this with our team to ensure it provides the protection our residents deserve. Regarding cleanliness, particularly the sidewalks, we agree this is unacceptable, and we'll work with maintenance to address this immediately. We understand the frustration around visitor parking, and we're actively exploring ways to improve the availability of spots and better communicate our towing policies to avoid issues. The lack of follow-through on maintenance requests is especially troubling, and it's clear we need to improve our system for ensuring requests are properly handled. I’m glad the balcony light installer was able to assist, but this should have been addressed by our maintenance team earlier. Finally, your concerns about staff entering apartments without proper notice are very important. We will address this with our team to ensure that all staff respect residents' privacy and follow correct protocols.
