We have mixed feelings about this apartment. When we moved in it was awful. Dirt all over the floor. Dirt covering the windows so that you literally couldn't see out of them. The washer and dryer we paid extra for wasn't there on arrival and didn't get there until a week and a half after we got there but they didn't pro-rate us for that. No fire/CO2 detectors until we requested them and that took over a week to get installed. Gross bathroom fan that eventually got replaced. Broken microwave when... we moved in and that took a week and half to replace. Most of the light switches weren't connected to anything. The flooring is uneven. Etc. But, once things got fixed, which wasn't until we lived there for almost two months, it wasn't that bad of an apartment. It's a sketchy complex, but the apartment itself is pretty beautiful, but it's a more sketchy version of the pictures on this listing (paint lines aren't that clean, flooring isn't that prestine, but it does have a modern feel to it). At least the air conditioner is pretty good. Management is kind of good. They aren't super fast to fix anything, but they are nice, but they will allow other people to be rude to you. Like this maintenance guy that hung up on us multiple times, and even admitted to hanging up on us, and management just told us it was our fault. Parking passes were easy to get and parking was pretty good. It's also not that far from the university and you are really close to an entrance to long leaf trace. Like I was saying, now that everything is fixed and the place is decorated it feels pretty nice, but if you consider our move in experience, the length of time it takes maintenance to do anything, and the constant weed smell at the apartment, I can only give it 3 stars. If you are trying to save money, and you are willing to be frustrated, then this might be the place for you. But if there are a lot of stressful things in your life, and you want housing to be the one thing you don't have to worry about, this is not the complex for you. This place has a lot of potential, management and maintanence just needs to step it up.

My complex is in a really nice area for college students. IT HAS a nice Eagle walking trail right behind the complex, which leads all the way up to highway 49. The University is Southern Mississippi, which is really expanding and cause all surrounding apartments to increase on living expenses.
