Looking for three roommates. Barney’s Haus is a quiet and serene home 10 miles from campus with the Gandy Bypass to put you there quickly; I can make it in twenty minutes in traffic. Power and internet are shared between three people. New AC, new... septic system, and has been completely remodeled inside and out this past April by my wife and I. Has a large 1500 sq ft enclosed storage area separate from the main building behind it for you to use. My wife and I are retired and we live on the adjacent property two minutes away. This is a safe and happy place for you to live as the neighbors around you are also friends who care for and look out for each other. There is an active security system in place. The house is actually 4 bedrooms and 3 baths so the extra bedroom that’s away from the rest of the house could be a dedicated study/office area that would be separate from the main living room and other bedrooms. This was my parent’s home that I grew up in and I’m expecting anyone who enters to care for and respect it as such. A few generations of us lived, loved, and prospered here, and now you can too.
